One engine, one data set, seven modules.

Diagram: the blue Xaver core at the centre, labelled one engine, one data set, with seven cards around it: customer journey (hybrid through to completion), adviser portal (leads, invitations, academy), sales tools (calculators, comparisons, letters), Riester switching service (four options, one recommendation), product factory (certification, product management), asset management (individual lifecycling) and the 24/7 AI adviser.

Financial companies and strong brands use individual modules or the complete chain, under their own brand, through one integration. Because every module works on the same data, a case stays continuous no matter which channel it continues in.

Modules 01–06 · Customer journey

Optimise every step of the customer journey, with the end-to-end platform or modular building blocks.

  1. Module 01Sales tools & 24/7 AI adviser

The advantage calculator in the pension account: inputs on the left, contribution, current age, retirement and payout age, taxable income and number of children; on the right the projected capital at 67, the term, the own share, the subsidies and the subsidy rate, plus the capital path as a curve.
  2. Module 02Riester to AVD: comparison and switching service

The results page of the Riester comparison: subsidy, capital at 67 and monthly pension across the top, then the highlighted recommendation “Option 4: full transfer”, and the four options with their rating bars.
The four-option comparison on the phone: the recommendation at the top, then the four routes with their rating bars and a reason for each.
  3. Module 03High-converting completion journeys for customers & advisers

Step 1 of 6 of the completion journey: a progress bar, the question “How would you like to start?”, and two illustrated routes to choose between, the recommended advised route and the express Standarddepot.
A recording of the same journey on a phone in portrait: the pre-filled details, the subsidy figure and the steps through to confirmation, as a customer works through them on their own device.
  4. Module 04Modern white-label retirement accountsAVD, Frühstart-Rente, managed accounts …

A comparison table of the three subsidised product variants, Altersvorsorgedepot, Standarddepot and guarantee product, by guarantee, cost, investment and suitability; below it the cards for who is eligible begin.
  5. Module 05Investment infrastructure: portfolio & subsidy management

The first contribution year's subsidy breakdown as a stacked bar, beside the lifecycle glidepath: a curve stepping the equity quota down towards retirement, with its four stages listed underneath.
  6. Module 06Customer portals & adviser dashboards

The adviser portal in tile groups: “For new AVD customers” with the subsidy and advantage calculator, the pension-layer comparison, the advice and completion journey and the AI adviser; below it “For existing Riester customers” begins with book evaluation, letter generator and subsidy comparison.

AI layer · across all modules · 24/7 AI adviser & agentic commerce

Guidance and advice, around the clock.

The AI adviser guides customers through the whole journey, explains every step and helps them decide. Our AI conversation layer (AIC) leads the conversation and makes sure the language model never makes a recommendation itself: product and portfolio recommendations are calculated by fixed rules from the MiFID II suitability assessment, so every recommendation is traceable and auditable.

The AI layer is not a seventh module standing next to the others; it sits across all six. It works in the same four phases, discover, advise, complete, service. A personal adviser can be brought in at any time, working from the same data.

DiscoverAdviseCompleteService
The advice copilot: the framing details of the conversation on the left, customer name, marital status and who initiated it, and on the right the advice documentation, filling in line by line.
How it fits together

One system instead of six vendors.

One set of dataWhatever the calculator produces is available in the advice conversation, at completion and in the portal. There is no handover at which something goes missing.
One presenceJourneys, products, portals and the AI advice all carry the same brand, yours. Customers never notice where one system ends and the next begins.
One operating modelOne set of contracts, one integration, one point of contact instead of six specialist vendors that have to coordinate among themselves.
Questions

What partners ask first

Do I have to take all the modules?+

No. Every module can be used on its own. Many partners start with the sales tools or the switching service and add product, investment backend and portals later. Because all the modules work on the same data, no second version of the truth appears along the way.

How long does implementation take?+

A branded journey on the existing platform is ready to go in a few weeks. How long it takes in a specific case depends mostly on your side: brand sign-off, the administration systems to be connected, and internal approvals. In a first conversation we will give you a defensible sequence rather than a blanket figure.

Whose brand does the platform carry?+

Yours. Journeys, portals, documents and the AI advice all carry the partner's presence. Xaver does not appear as the sender towards your customers unless you explicitly want it to.

How is Xaver regulated?+

Xaver Asset Management GmbH is an investment firm supervised by BaFin (WpIG), since 2025 and works with regulated partners, among them ODDO BHF and Upvest. Which regulatory roles Xaver, you and the connected partners each take on is agreed per partnership; Xaver does not take over your regulatory obligations wholesale.

Can I try the platform first?+

Yes. The public calculators run with no sign-up. For the protected modules, the full subsidy comparison, the switching service, the adviser cockpit and the academy, we set up demo access, in your own brand world if you want it.
