Self-service or with an adviser, on the same data.
AI adviser guides and explains the recommendationAltersvorsorgedepot as a Service is the complete AVD offering from a single source: product development and certification, advice and completion journeys, the investment and asset management backend, customer and adviser portals and AI advice, under your brand, ready to go in a matter of weeks.

Four title cards and seven scenes from the platform animation: what changes with the Altersvorsorgedepot, and what partners get from Xaver, from pre-registration to operations. The product in detail →
The adviser works through the Riester and pension book with the book-evaluation tools: who gains from switching into the Altersvorsorgedepot, and for whom it is not worth it. What comes out is a prioritised list rather than a mailshot.

Book evaluation with the quick subsidy comparison: Riester (old) against the Altersvorsorgedepot (new), sample data from the demo environment.
Out of that analysis the adviser sends individual letters automatically, each carrying the customer's own Riester-versus-AVD projection and a QR code that leads straight into their prepared journey and their personal AI adviser.

The individual letter with its projection and QR code. Allowance amounts under the AVRG.
The customer scans the code or dials the number and asks their questions about the Altersvorsorgedepot, around the clock, in more than 50 languages. The assistant identifies itself as an AI, informs, and does not recommend.
“What changes for my Riester contract if I switch?”
Schematic view of the voice conversation with the AI adviser.
Once the questions are answered, the voice AI hands over into the journey, prefilled with everything already known. No spelling out a name twice, no loss of context when the channel changes.

The handover from voice into the already completed journey.
Inside the journey Xaver calculates the existing contract against the Altersvorsorgedepot: four options, scored and reasoned, including the honest recommendation to keep the contract where that is the better one.

The four-option comparison, each option scored and reasoned.
The same journey runs through to completion: either straight into the Standarddepot, the standard account the act prescribes, or through full advice with a suitability statement into the complete Altersvorsorgedepot with its allowances.

Both routes start in the same flow, the advised route additionally checks what fits.
Where the customer wants a human, or the case calls for one, the personal adviser takes over, with the full context in the advisory co-pilot: conversation frame, contract position and advice documentation are already there.

The co-pilot takes over the context and keeps the advice documentation running alongside the conversation.
In the joint appointment the Riester switch and the AVD completion are both started. Because everything is prefilled and the process is digitally supported end to end, this is a matter of minutes rather than an afternoon.

In the adviser portal the subsidy, the profile and the journey are already there, the appointment confirms and completes.

An illustrative run of one book campaign. Every screen comes from the real Xaver demo environment and shows sample data only; steps without a screen of their own are marked as schematic.

Entry before the cut-off date: the AVD Bridging Product comes in two versions. The money-market version invests in a low-volatility EUR money-market fund, the invested version implements the allocation of the later AVD line ahead of launch. The Bridging Product is not itself an AVD product, carries no subsidy while it is held, and the transfer from January 2027 is not automatic. Money-market funds are not deposits; the invested version carries full market risk from day one.
AVD Garantie: the guarantee is a contractual product feature of the partner insurer, which undertakes to make at least the agreed amount available at the agreed date. It is not a statement about performance.
Next development: the private-markets booster as a building block for AVD Premium, already being built.

No lock-in to individual asset managers: the portfolios run on an investment backend built in 2025/26 · state-of-the-art technology, zero legacy, AI native. That is why complete AVD portfolios, active ETFs included, are possible at these conditions.
